Stop Trying so hard to “fix” your posture
The 4 week posture reset helps you build better movement control so your body can support better alignment without constantly pulling your shoulders back, bracing your core, or reminding yourself to sit up straight.
Good posture shouldn’t require constant effort.
If you’re always reminding yourself to sit up straight, pulling your shoulders back, stretching your neck or bracing your core, you’re trying to hold better posture instead of building the movement control that supports it.
That’s why the relief often doesn’t last.
The 4-week Posture Reset focuses on how your body works together, so better alignment becomes something your body can support, not another position you have to constantly maintain.
You don’t need more posture exercises. You need better movement.
The 4-week Posture Reset isn’t about forcing your body into “perfect” alignment or adding another list of stretches to your day.
Breathe Better:Learn to use breath and core together instead of relying on constant bracing
Move Better:build better control through your shoulders, hips and trunk so your whole body contributes
Make it stick:repeat simple, intentional movements long enough for your body to actually learn them
What you’ll do in the 4-week Posture Reset
Over four weeks, you’ll work through a simple, progressive movement plan designed to help your body support better alignment without constantly thinking about your posture.
4 weeks of guided workouts:
A clear plan to follow so you’re not guessing what to do next.
Simple at-home equipment:
No reformer required. You’ll use resistance bands to build strength and control.
Repetition that actually builds skill:
Instead of constantly throwing new exercises at you, we repeat and progress movements so your body has time to learn them.
Built for desk-bound bodies:
Movement that addresses what hours of sitting actually asks of your body-not just more stretching and reminders to sit up straight.
Is this for you?
This reset is for you if…
You spend a lot of your day sitting at a desk.
You’re constantly reminding yourself to sit up straight.
Your neck and shoulders always seem to carry tension.
You stretch, adjust and “fix” your posture but the same patterns keep coming back.
You want to feel stronger and better aligned without making posture another full-time job.
Here’s how the 4 weeks work:
Week 1: Build the Foundation
Connect breath to movement, learn to hinge and start building connection between the front and the back of your body.
Week 2: Add Movement & Control
Bring the arms into the work while learning to connect movement to your back with unilateral exercises that challenge control from side to side.
Week 3: Add Resistance
Build on the movements you’ve already learned by adding resistance to increase the challenge without losing control.
Week 4: Pull It All Together
Combine familiar exercises into flowing sequences so the movement starts to feel more connected, coordinated and natural.

Questions? Start here.
-
No, the program is designed to be done at home with simple resistance bands-no Pilates reformer or studio required.
-
The workouts are designed to be manageable and easy to fit into your week. You don’t need to carve out hours or overhaul your routine.
-
That’s completely fine. The program starts with the basics and builds progressively over four weeks, so you don’t need previous Pilates experience to get started.
-
You can still benefit from the program. This isn’t about doing harder or more complicated exercises, it’s about improving how you control movement, connect different parts of your body and build a stronger foundation for the exercise you already do.
-
There’s one workout everyday for the four weeks. Each day builds on what you already practiced, giving you consistent repetition while gradually progressing your movement and control.
-
No problem. You don’t have to start over or try to double up. Just pick up where you left off and continue through the program at your own pace.
