Why Pilates?
I utilize Joseph Pilates’ regimen to teach you how to move your body. No matter your reason, Pilates can meet needs ranging from rehabilitation all the way to strength conditioning. The regimen brings awareness to spinal alignment and challenges your stabilizer muscles to maintain that alignment through a series of exercises that target strength and mobility. Practicing this regimen results in conscious, precise and effective movement patterns for everything from walking, dancing or playing sports.
